Tom is now inactive as an attorney. Nevertheless, his 50+ years of practice as a real estate attorney provides him insight on how to effect results in the areas identified above and others.

Tom is licensed as a real estate broker both in Illinois and South Carolina. Any services provided by Tom to clients in South Carolina which necessitate the services of an attorney will require the client to engage an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina.

Tom has over 35 years of real estate brokerage experience and is licensed as a managing broker in Illinois and a broker-in-charge in South Carolina.
